Solo Living and Shared Living
We offer sole placements for a single young adult to live in. This, along with a tailored support plan gives a perfect solution to young adults who require a high level of 1:1 support or cannot live with other people. These are flats to a very high standard and come with TV, high speed broadband and en-suite bathroom.
Training flats
A program can be tailored so young adults have a trial in a training flat with a trial tenancy agreement. This is used to encourage independence and evaluate if the young person is prepared for leaving care and gain their own tenancy. Training flats would have drop in visits from staff and 24/7 telephone support.
Shared Living
We also provide shared semi-independent living accommodations. Our shared homes are small new builds with low number of beds to maximise outcomes for the young people living in them.

Support Packages
Each shared accommodation comes with 24hour shared support and optional waking night staff. The staff to young person ratio can be tailored to the required amount. The 1:1 key working time can also be tailored to the young people’s needs. Shared homes have a Floating Manager and Senior Support Worker.
